Basic backup and maintenance are provided by Geeks and Nerds Media Solutions for free based on your promo package and is also included in your annual fees after the promo of your choice expired but customers are required to do their own backup as well, we can only do basic backup of your site which means we can restore your site to its original working state if something goes wrong in the future like your site getting hacked or infected by virus, in such cases, any information or records and data saved on the site after we launched it for the first time are not included in our free services and it falls into our paid services if you also want your datas to be backed up as well.
